The cost for attending the symposium is $150 for members, $200 for non-members with early registration costs of $120 and $170 for members and non-members per person respectively. A continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the networking session are included. Early registration ends March 9, 2012.

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS

Share your professional expertise with your community and fellow ASQ Long Island Section 303 members. ASQ Long Island Section 303 has established the Call for Volunteers program to share expertise and network with our ASQ LI members and the Long Island community in this time of recovery.

Volunteers are rewarded when sharing expertise and experience by improving their skills, receiving recertification credits and most importantly,
a sense of community spirit when we network with our peers and community.

2012-2013 Call for Nominations!
Due by MARCH 5, 2012

Below is a brief description of each position that is open for nominations. Each of these positions is for a one-year term.

Chair: Provide leadership and oversight to the member unit leadership. Prepares meeting agendas and is the presiding officer.

Secretary: Documents business and maintain records. Serve as the official correspondent.

Treasurer: Oversee funds. Maintain accurate financial records. Report on financial condition at times directed by the bylaws and policies and procedures.

Nominations require the submission of a nomination petition signed by at least 10 Regular Members. Both nominees and petition signers must be members in good standing of the Long Island section.

Please download the Nomination Petition Form, scan and email the completed form as per the above instructions to Long Island Section-303 Secretary Mary Sansone at msansone@asqlongisland.org, by March 5, 2012.
