JOB SUMMARY:
Quality Leaders will be
focused on all aspects of
Quality within Remitco
Operations. The primary
focus is on optimizing the
processes, workflow, and
communication/partnership
with leadership teams across
the network.

Gage R & R (tests that

Reproducibility during their

compliance audits and other
ad hoc projects as needed.
3. Ensure accurate quaity
statistics for daily, weekly
and monthly summary reports
as required. Monitor and
maintain control charts,
pareto charts, and other
charts/graphs that may
support our quality
initiatives.
4. Coordinate and lead
periodic equipment
calibrations with Operations
and Clients to ensure
consistentcy of Quality
ratings.
5. Participate in required
meetings with Business
Partners to address customer
quality improvement issues
and ensure that customer
enhancements plans are
